Serving local communities of faith as shepherds, especially communities marked by economic poverty and marginalization, has been one of our primary ministries since the days of St Vincent de Paul.
Inviting others to walk with Mary as example and intercessor serves as a life-giving aspect throughout all of our works, especially through the Central Association of the Miraculous Medal.
Continuing the spirit of St. Vincent de Paul in championing the needs of the poor, our universities provide an education that prepares students to make a positive impact in the world around them.
Recognizing ethnic and racial diversity as God’s blessing, we are privileged to share our lives with very diverse communities, where inclusion in the Church and society is major focus of ministry.
Responding to St Vincent’s insight that “love is creative unto infinity”, we branch out to where there is need challenged to see new and creative ways to live the Vincentian mission today.
Going where God calls us has always been an vital element in our life as Vincentians and continues to be a part of our mission today as we live out our vocation with a vision beyond borders.
